We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Content Specialist with proven agency experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative social media strategies, managing multiple client accounts, and producing high-quality digital content that resonates with target audiences. Your passion for social media, combined with your ability to craft compelling narratives, will be crucial in driving brand awareness and engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for various clients.
2. Create, curate, and manage engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, graphics, videos, and more.
3. Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and achieving client objectives.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with our creative and account management teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience working in a digital agency environment is essential.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and digital content creation.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in social media management tools, content creation software, and analytics platforms.
