This is a full-time on-site role for an SEO Team Lead at ITCC. The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO strategies, building high-quality backlinks, and analyzing web analytics. The role also involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.

1. Strong experience in keyword research and on-page SEO
2. Proven track record in link building and improving search engine rankings
3. Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager)
4. Working experience with leading CMS like WordPress and Shopify
5. Have a reasonable understanding of other digital marketing specialties e.g., SEM, CRO, CRM, and digital advertising
6. Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Strong attention to detail
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team
11. Experience in web design and development is a plus
