We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in South Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of digital projects, including CMS, mobile apps, and web portal projects. This role requires a deep understanding of digital trends and technologies coupled with robust project management skills.

1. Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives in CMS, e-commerce, mobile apps, and web portal development.
2. Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Ensure resource availability and allocation, developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
5. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report and escalate issues as needed.
6. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
7. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

1. Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager in web and mobiles development or related field.
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
3. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify, and mobile platforms including iOS and Android.
4. Proficiency in managing PHP-based web portals.
5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. PMP, PMI-ACP, or other recognized project management certifications highly desirable.
